Delete your Picnumo account

Applies to the Picnumo Android app · IZUMIQ D.O.O.

Deleting your account permanently removes your photos from our cloud storage, your analysis results, your credit records and your sign-in account. This cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

• Open Picnumo and go to your Profile.
• Select Delete account.
• Read the warning, then confirm by typing DELETE.

The deletion starts immediately and automatically removes your photos, results, credit records and account. Some technical copies held by our infrastructure providers may persist for a limited period, as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 11).

If you no longer have the app

Email us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your Picnumo account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner — we will never ask for your password — and then delete the account. We respond within the period required by applicable law.

What deletion does not affect

• Original photos in your phone’s gallery — Picnumo never modifies or deletes them.
• Picnumo cards or copies you have saved or shared outside the app.
• Your Google Play subscription — cancel it in the Google Play store before deleting your account if you do not want further renewals.
